JWe are pleased to let you know that from September, our school hot meals will be provided by ISS.
ISS will be introducing a new online hot meals ordering platform called FEED (this will replace ParentPay, however we will continue to use ParentPay for Trips and Visits).
Before your child returns to school, you will receive an email invitation to register your FEED account. We encourage you to register as soon as you receive your invitation, so you are ready to place meal orders before the start of term. Ordering will open during August.
Please keep an eye on your email inbox as well as your junk mail as this may find its way there.
The Autumn/Winter menu which is a 3 week menu cycle starting in September is available to view on the FEED website. Please follow the link if you wish to view the menu www.feedwestsussex.co.uk or alternatively see the menu example below.
To help you get started, a short parent training video has been created, which guides you through setting up your FEED account. The video will be available on the FEED website.
You can also watch it here: https://www.loom.com/share/63f7ed4f79524ee398d13aa9751b0ce3
Once your account is set up, you will be able to browse the menu and order school meals using either the FEED app or the online web portal.
The FEED platform includes a number of useful features:
Please note that meal orders can be placed, changed, or cancelled up until 9:00am on the day, providing flexibility if your plans change or your child decides they would like a school meal that morning.
If your child has food allergies or special dietary requirements we would refer you to the parents “Welcome Pack” which is attached for your information. You will note that when you set up your account via the FEED app/online web portal you will be asked to give information if your child has food allergies or special dietary requirements.
If you have any questions or need support with setting up your account, please email the ISS team via their website.
We have once again chosen to support Turning Tides as one of our charities this year.
Turning Tides is a charity dedicated to ending homelessness in West Sussex. Founded in 1991, they have grown from a small group to the largest homelessness charity in the county. They work to reduce rough sleeping in our communities and support people to take steps towards independent living and a more stable future.
Please take a look at the wish list attached below. If there is anything you would like to donate, please bring this to the main office on Marlborough Road.
Thank you!
